Quint Events Named Official Worldwide Ticket and Hospitality Partner to the Kentucky Derby® and Kentucky Oaks®
We are proud to announce that QuintEvents has been designated by Churchill Downs®, Inc. as the Exclusive Worldwide Ticketing and Hospitality Provider for the Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks. This partnership will afford QuintEvents clients with unparalleled access to:
• Coveted ticketing blocks;
• In-Track hospitality;
• World class accommodations;
• Unique sponsorship and branding opportunities;
• Official Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks gift bag, and more.
Importantly, the partnership also provides QuintEvents clients with the peace of mind that they’re dealing directly with Churchill Downs itself.
Brian Learst, President of QuintEvents, comments “This partnership leverages the past experience and relationships of QuintEvents with the one of a kind experience and history that is the Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks.” The agreement is effective immediately. Information on packages for the 2008 Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks is available at www.quintevents.com/kd134.
As with QuintEvents partnership with the NFL On Location, the inventory of seating and accommodations are limited and available on a “first come, first serve” basis. Packages come with the option of accommodations or “Race Day” only. All packages include full ticket and hospitality options for the Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks. We expect there to be immediate demand throughout the package tiers, and particularly on the higher end, based on past event trends.
