Private Flight in conjunction with a QuintEvent - For all events and experiences supported by Quint, clients can enjoy Sentient Member fixed hourly rates and amenities without placing funds on deposit.  Quint has done the work for you by partnering with Sentient Jet.

Sentient Jet Membership - As a valued member of the Quint network, you are eligible for a Gold-Level Sentient Jet Membership with an initial deposit of just $100,000 (standard deposit is $250,000). This is not a fee -- all funds are used entirely for flight hours and the balance on deposit is fully refundable at any time.

"Green Loyalty"

In the wake of the Nobel Peace Prize being awarded to Al Gore for his work in environmental defense, it seems an appropriate time to reflect on how incentive, reward, and recognition can support the greater good in this arena. At the heart of our fight to stop global warming and protect the environment is behavioral change. Whether those changes involve hybrid cars or solar panels on your residence, it’s all about choices and trade-offs. It’s here that Quint’s Loyalty Programming can, and has, made a difference.

Several years ago, Quint’s founding partners, Brian Learst and Ken Kurek, worked with a large utility entity (UE) in creating incentive solutions to create desired behaviors in energy. The UE desired foodservices to utilize electricity over gas in their equipment choices. Initially, they tried to communicate with and reward the foodservice proprietors directly. This proved to be relatively ineffective and costly with so many to influence. Collaborating with Learst and Kurek, the UE crafted a new strategy of engaging the food service equipment vendors as a means to drive results. The benefits of engaging a smaller pool, one step up the vertical supply chain, are twofold:

  1. A smaller group is more effectively communicated with. Individual consultation and messaging are more manageable from a logistics and cost perspective.

  2. A smaller group means the same reward budget can be spread among fewer, creating a more meaningful impact of "what’s in it for me" to participants. The axiom that "money talks" works in getting participant attention, and maintaining it.

As the program rolled out, there were two focus points for reward dollars:

1. Sales Force – The people that are interfacing with the end users everyday. They are the key influencers and historically entrepreneurial in how to achieve the goals in new and creative ways. A Quint Program seeks to reward with dollar valued points AND recognize through a powerful communication suite that includes e-mail, ranking of participants, quizzes, surveys, and more. In this program, they were awarded points per kW.

2. Administrators / Support – Behind every great sales team is a support network. These oft forgotten people and teams collect required information for tracking, fulfill orders, and interface directly with clients. They received points as a percentage of sales.

As a result of the program, the UE client achieved their annual sales goals in half the time budgeted at 80% of budget. It was a win for the client -- and for energy management.
