That diversity includes packages in famed Millionaires Row, boxes of six in Clubhouse sections, and in the Grandstand areas. No matter what your budget or audience, QuintEvents and Derby Experiences have the solution for you.
When comparing the Derby Experiences package to those of “the market”, some really interesting value and experience potential can be found in the Clubhouse package level. One can break the key differences into three broad sections:
Ticket Packages – All QuintEvents Derby Experiences packages include a full range of Clubhouse level tickets for both the Kentucky Oaks (Friday) and Kentucky Derby (Saturday)- all at one easy price point, the best seats awarded to those that order early. This allows our participants to really take in the whole experience of tradition and sport that creates this one of a kind weekend. Additionally, since Derby Experiences draws direct from the source, you can create your own “mini suite” with our Clubhouse packages by purchasing the whole box of six - enabling real relationship building during the races.
Hospitality – Those with experience at the event understand that there are more than 10 races on both Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby days. Each race lasts approximately two minutes minutes, leaving a lot of time to fill in a packed venue. ONLY THROUGH DERBY EXPERIENCES can one access In Track Hospitality with full food and bar service. Clubhouse packages may include access to our Secretariat Hospitality Lounge overlooking the paddock area where horses are prepared before their race. Competitors can offer nothing or a box lunch- you make the call on which option your clients or friends will remember!

If your group is looking for exceptional pricing value, we have an offering here available only to QuintEvents direct clients and friends. It’s our “Grandstand Early Bird” package offering, coming in at a $979 price point for Race Day. This package includes Grandstand tickets for both Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby days, an exclusive breakfast with the voice of the Kentucky Wildcats Tom Leach, on both days in the Derby Experiences Hospitality venues of Churchill Downs, and a unique gift bag offering. It’s not available on the web, so you’ll need to call a QuintEvents Sales Executive to take advantage of this special offer.
If your group will need accommodations, our base offering includes Hampton Inn – New Albany. This package prices out at $1,599 for Double Occupancy and $2,099 for Single Occupancy. As always with Derby Experiences, if you’re interested in different accommodations, a Sales Executive can quote that upon request.
